"I crashed into a deer on Oct. 28, 2025 and today is Jan. 9, 2026 and I am yet to receive payout from State Farm on my vehicle’s total loss claim or to receive payment on my medical bills. We have been to and called the office numerous times to only be told, “you should have your check tomorrow”. Which tomorrow? It is so frustrating as we have multiple vehicles, houses, boats and RV insurance with State Farm for over 50 years. This service has been so poor. Not satisfied AT ALL Update: After a couple of phone calls, I finally received my settlement check today from State Farm, Jan. 19, 2026. Though, our agent was upset with my review; to me, he is State Farm. We did all the work for this claim and was totally forgotten about. Still have medical bills, but I’ll pay those. Too many people in the office to deal with each time you call that didn’t know your story is what I had to deal with. I’m sorry but it’s true. Not a bad agent just a bad situation."
